On September 16, 2016 Philip Rigney, beloved husband of the late Rose Rigney (nee Martin); devoted father of Donna Martz and her husband Steve and Raymond Jordan; cherished grandfather of Madelyn Rigney, Hannah, Samuel, Jacob, and Allyson Martz, and Ryan Jordan; loving brother of John Rigney, Barbara Turner, Kathleen Smith, Jane Mandris, Betty Naill, and Tom Rigney. He is predeceased by 10 brothers and sisters. Also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends may call at the family owned Marzullo Funeral Chapel, P.A. 6009 Harford Road Baltimore, MD 21214 on Friday, September 30 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral from the above chapel on Saturday, October 1 at 10 a.m. Interment Wiseburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Philip's name to the American Diabetes Association.
