On September 26, 2016, Robert L. Mayes beloved son of the late Charles H. Mayes, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Mayes (nee Bishop); devoted father of Margaret E. Mayes and Angela M. Mayes, loving brother of Charles H. Mayes, Jr., Michael T. Mayes, Margaret E. Wolf, and Alice L. Rabuck. Loving companion of Kim Schafer. Robert is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 11 a.m. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 7910 Belair Road Nottingham, MD 21236.
