Thomas Tennant Boyce, son of William Graham Boyce, Jr. and Katherine Dorcas Kauffman, brother of James Simons Boyce of Quantico, VA, cousin of Albert Page Boyce of Smyrna, DE, and beloved friend of Ann Allison, was born in Baltimore on October 13, 1946 and died of a heart attack April 21, 2016. Mr. Boyce was a decorated Vietnam Veteran and Republican candidate for City Council for Baltimore's 14th District, a devout Catholic and long-time Lector at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 409 Cathedral Street Baltimore, MD 21201. A memorial mass will be celebrated at the Basilica on May 19 at 10 am.  Interment Immanuel Episcopal Church Cemetery, Glencoe, MD. A reception will be held after the interment. Donations will be welcomed at the Basilica. Arrangements by Marzullo Funeral Chapel.
