On October 8, 2016, Wanda D. Kemp (nee Jarrell) beloved wife of Ralph Kemp, devoted mother of David J. Petr and the late Richard L. Blackburn, Jr.; loving daughter of Joyce Ann Lombardi (nee Beam) and her husband the late Fulvio A. Lombardi and the late Charles Willard Jarrell; dear sister of Ronald D. Peeples, David Lombardi, Chris Pyle, Beverly Lam, Gloria Jarrell, Barbara Fuller, Phyllis Hutchinson, and the late Cody Jarrell; cherished grandmother of Nik, Cody, Melissa, and Devin.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned Marzullo Funeral Chapel, P.A. on Thursday, October 13 from 3-5, & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 14 at the funeral home. Interment St. Joseph's Church Cemetery.
