Jo Ann Wire

Jo Ann Wire (nee Klaus), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on September 11, 2025, at the age of 70. She was the devoted mother of Hayward Johnson (husband Rashad), Katherine "Rosey" Canapp (husband Josh), McKinzie Lefstein (husband Ben), Rex Wire III, and Levi Wire; loving sister of Betty Rupp, Margaret Flynn, Patty Sullivan, Karen Ford, and Carolynn Gray; and cherished grandmother (Jo Jo/Mom-mom) of Aiden, Hunter, Malcolm, Waverly, and Seeger. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rex W. Wire, Jr, parents William and Shirley (nee Streett) Klaus, and brother Billy Klaus.
