On August 15, 2019 Robert L. Bowings, Jr. devoted father of Robert L. Bowings, III., Raquel L. Flynn and her husband James, Charles W. Bowings and Chance L. Bowings; beloved son of Christine M. Bowings (nee Vickers) and the late Robert L. Bowings, Sr.; dear brother of Kimberly L. Bowings and Troy M. Bowings, Sr. and his wife Yvonne; loving uncle of Connor and Troy Bowings, Jr.. Also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held at the New Life Sanctuary, 501 Eastern Blvd. (rear) Suite 100 on Thursday, August 29, at 7pm. Friends and family will gather from 4 to 8:30pm. Parking available on Maryland Avenue. Funeral arrangements by Terry Connelly, Jr.
