On February 17th 2021 Vicki Brand passed away at the age of 60 years old.
Vicki was born to Lee and the late Janice Parker on December 16th 1960.
Vicki is survived by her twin son's Thomas Brand Jr ( Nicholettie ) and son Lee Brand , brother Lee Parker lll (Ruth). Also survived by her grandchildren Bryce,Brody,Bryleigh, Nathan,Natalie Brand and Gracie Silver
